ANOTHER STAKEOUT (1993) By John Badham who segues his 1987 "Stakeout," again with cop-buddies Richard Dreyfuss and Emilio Estevez. The first film was silly, forgettable and occasionally quite amusing. This one is downright poor in every respect, silly in an un-comic way, uninteresting and with exaggerated performances that recall the director's name - Bad Ham. Best is Archie the Rottweiler dog who should have had much more screen timne (Edwin Jahiel, 6/95)
